My Philosophy
The design and development of modern solutions begins with the most important element: people.
Human-centric Design
Learning is most powerful when it’s rooted in experience. To design meaningful educational opportunities, we must move beyond content delivery and focus on creating authentic learner experiences. By applying design thinking, I use an iterative, research-informed process to shape solutions that are intuitive, practical, and centered on the needs of learners.
Science of Learning
My work is grounded in cognitive science — the study of how people think, process, and retain knowledge. Evidence-based practices such as active recall, reflection, and spaced repetition are essential tools for helping learners deepen understanding and achieve lasting growth.
Discovery & Empowerment
I believe in the power of constructivist learning: giving learners space to explore, problem-solve, and discover knowledge for themselves. Inspired by Seymour Papert’s vision of technology as a catalyst for student-centered learning, I design opportunities where collaboration, curiosity, and empowerment drive meaningful outcomes.
Engagement & Motivation
Engaged learners are motivated learners. True engagement comes from relevance, creativity, and connection — not from rote content. I design learning experiences that encourage exploration, provide real-world application, and foster empathy between learners. Through gamification and game-based learning, I use play as a tool for driving motivation, building community, and sparking curiosity.
