Graduate students author a whitepaper about leadership development

For Summer 2021, I took a graduate-level leadership course. As part of the course, we interviewed knowledgeable leadership-development experts. Our professor, Dr. DePaul worked to compile our work and have the Institutional Review Board (IRB) approve using the non-research data from the interviews for a whitepaper
