I am an educator and developer with a passion for creating human-centered, evidence-based digital experiences. With over twenty years of experience in application and web development, I specialize in designing solutions that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful. My work bridges technology, teaching, and research — empowering learners and organizations through thoughtful design and innovation.
Currently, I serve as a CRM Developer on the Salesforce team within The Office of OneIT at UNC Charlotte, where I lead development, testing, and training for enterprise systems. Beyond development, I teach credit-bearing courses in instructional multimedia and technology integration, helping students connect theory to practice in meaningful ways.
Since joining the University in 2013, I have supported diverse initiatives across continuing education, instructional design, and business process reengineering — always with a focus on improving user experience, fostering innovation, and supporting lifelong learning.
